Jayne Chopping

After starting in sales in the recruitment industry for Brook Street, she progressed to successfully building and running three new branches for them, developing managing & training teams specialising in industrial and commercial recruitment. She then left to bring up her family, moving to Worcester in 2000. She has now been with How to Find a Care Home for five years.

It has been important that Jayne comes from a commercial not a medical background. HTFACH work sometimes has to be pressured, balancing hospitals need to identify nursing home beds with appropriate care, against patients’ families frequently being stressed at finding themselves in emotionally difficult circumstances. This commercial background means she is very focused on getting successful outcomes for everyone and building strong happy customer relationships.  

What is important to me is that families feel supported whatever their needs. It’s a wonderful feeling taking away the anxiety from families. I have great satisfaction knowing I am completely trusted by those using our service and I always do my very best to fulfill their wishes.
